More of a question

Lynda had reported that the portal page was messed up earlier,is anyone else noticed this problem:
The portal is too wide,and needs to be scrolled to see one side or the other.
It looks ok to me,but it might have occurred when I wasn't lurking about. I went to the support forum,and it seems many forums are experiencing the problem.Some are saying it may be the techs working on the new forum updates we are supposed to be getting soon.If anyone is still having this problem,let me know so I can go to support and bitch with the rest of them( I feel left out sometimes,lol).

UPDATE: I have temporarily decreased the forum width,just in case you are having this problem to see if that helps.

Only the portal page and I still have to scroll over. Hope they do not go with this style.

This may sound off but I noticed it when the warning photo went up in the center. Maybe it needs scaled down if it is not something the techs are still messing with. Reason I question it is because none of the other pages are that way. May be something else to check out if it is not something the techies are messing with.

It Doesn't sound off Lynda,I've removed the picture to check.another thing I'll do is remove one of the links in the navigation bar ( one of the other forum creators at the support forum said as a work around he took all the words off it and left the Icons).I do have a few questions for you,#1:What Browser are you using,IE,Firefox,Opera or what ever?
Monitor type,size resolution? I am using IE7,with a 17 inch flat panel monitor with resolution set at 1280x1024 pixels,and I don't have the problem you and a lot of others have been seeing.
and yes,if it is something that the techs are doing,the will correct the problem,but don't look for it until after the week end,I think they take weekends off( that sucks).

It is back to normal now, Larry. I almost do have the feeling it was the bar screenshot you had posted in the middle. Had never noticed the change until that was posted. Now that it is gone it is not happening.
